The supply of materials, labour, plant and equipment for the construction of:
Ground Floor
- Dilapidation report of any existing equipment ductworks etc that is to be reused
- Decommission, reclaim of refrigerant and electrical disconnection of existing mechanical plant.
- Remaining solid duct work to be professionally cleaned and sanitized, with cobra/ air whips and filter with negative air system, Bactigas antibacterial treatment to be applied at the last stage of cleaning, all to Australian standards, certificate on completion Supply & Installation of AC-1 APAC, Floor mounted, EC plug fan with high static capacity, factory epoxy treatment to coils. Supply & Installation of AC-2 APAC, Floor mounted, EC plug fan with high static capacity, factory epoxy treatment to colls. Supply & installation of AC-4, daikin,VRF, Preconditioner
- Supply & Install AC 5, Daikin VRF with FCU 5.1 & 5.2 Daikin high wall splits
- Evaporators positioned as per drawings
- Safety trays under each of the evaporators in the plant room
- New return air filters
- Supply and installation of new ductwork, grilles, cushion head boxes, damper as per the drawings
- New R410 rated pipe work insulated with thermobreak grade insulation
- New 20mm Insulated condensate drains run drain point as per drawings
- Pipe work adequately supported through ceiling spaces/ under floor until exiting the building
- Exposed pipework & services covered with bond flashings
- Outdoor units mounted as per construction drawings( any plinths required to be completed by the builder) New power suppliers from MSB board to all mechanical plant
- Test run & commission
- Air balance of systems
First Floor

- Evaporators positioned as per drawing

- Supply & installation of new ductwork, grilles cushions head boxes, damper as per the drawings New R410 rated pipework insulated with thermobreak grade insulation
- New 50mm insulated condensate header pipe or drain point as per drawings
- Exposed pipework & services covered with colour bond flashings outdoor units mounted as per construction drawings (any plinths required to be completed by the builder) New power suppliers from MSB board to all mechanical plant
- Test run and commission
- Mechanical Electrical- Option 2 non BMS option
- Tridium DDC's for AC 1 and AC 2 only
- Daikin ITM control for all the daikin units Mechanical and electrical and control works DDC control Panel
