The Garner Road project was a design and construct build directed to the Department of Housing and Public Works. This project was completed in October 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. It consisted of seven independent living units for residents with high care needs, along with seven standard residential units featuring modern and up-to-date fittings and fixtures throughout.
