TFTA Fanning Sector, Entry Building 

  • Allow for all required works including management, coordination, investigation, planning, design, supply, installation, and commissioning and certification of all works and handover in accordance with project drawings and specifications for TFTA fanning Sector Entry Building.
  • Allow for design, construction and certification of Entry Building DB and all electrical lighting and power installations to the Entry Buildings.
  • Allow for supply and installation of the hydraulic plumbing and rainwater/condensate drainage, sanitary drainage installations at the Entry Building including all associated tanks, pits, the hybrid system waste system, including tanks, septic drainage and absorption trench.
  • Supply and installation of all mechanical installations at Entry Building
  • Allow for all spoil management including reuse of spoil for local area backfill where possible and or battering spreading as agreed onsite
  • Coordination of all the above works with the TFTA Civil Works Subcontractor (Entry Building Building Pad, carpark and footpath works and the potable water connection) and the TFTA Electrical Subcontractor (Submains cabling to the Entry Building DB).
  • Final cleaning of all Entry Buildings at handover.
  • Allow for all Authority permits, approvals and associated fees.
  • Provide all design and certifications, samples, tech data and shop drawing submissions for review and approval as specified in the design drawings and specifications. Incorporate the approved detailed data into the co-ordinated shop drawings. Allow to co-ordinate with the Electrical Works Subcontractor for the submain cabling to the Entry Building DB and Civil Works Subcontractor for the potable water connection for the Entry Building. Provide all Estate GEMS data compiled during technical data submissions, installation, testing and commissioning activities along with as-built information in accordance with the requirements of DEQMS, the SDMP and the Estate Information Provision Plan.
  • Complete all of the hydraulic, mechanical and electrical systems testing and commissioning required in accordance with the design drawings, specifications and Australian Standards for the scoped items below. All QA Documentation required at Completion to be submitted in accordance with the Hand Over Take Over process in DEQMS and Project Lifecycle and HOTO Plan.
  • Allow to complete all works to the satisfaction including periodic and final inspections of the PMCA, CPB and user groups.
  • Allow for the complete fitout of all loose items as per the documentation including but not limited to furniture, appliances, fire extinguishers, fixtures and loose items shown for the buildings as per the design documentation
  • Allow for all operatives to sign into and out of the Contractor’s Site Office at Fanning Sector Entry each day when undertaking any of the above works.

Design, Planning & Certification

  • Allow for the design and certification of all Entry Building structures and electrical installations by an RPEQ registered engineer
  • Allow for the design and certification of all temporary works by an RPEQ registered engineer TP05001 – Builders Works TFTA.
