- Removal of concrete slab floors,
- Removal of foundations,
- Removal of the driveways inside the lot boundaries only (TCC’s Driveway Cross Over, Kerb & Channel are to stay)
- Removal of vegetation inside the lot boundary only (vegetation along Sir Leslie Thiess Drive, along the fenceline is to stay – including that directly on the inside of the fenceline)
- Removal of the kerb and barrier walls inside the lot boundaries only
- Removal of brick retaining wall along southern and eastern site of No. 2 The Strand.
- Disposal of all the demolished material to facilities approved to accept the materials , noting any materials that can be recyled or be made available for reuse is to be utalised prior to choosing landfill.
- Site restoration and leveling to 1% fall to a lawful stormwater collection point (road drainage along the Strand Street frontage)
- Installation of new boundary fence a long The Strand and Breakwater Rd, and Extension of boundary fence along street frontage Sir Leslie Thiess Drive (TCC requirement: the fence must be asthetically pleasing and appropriate to the area)
- Any damage, distrubance or emissions outside the lot boundaries as created by the demolition works, must be remediated to the satisfaction of the Port,as soon as practical , prior to the demolition site handover to the Port.
